Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of creative and digital services by Creva Creatives to clients. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Services
- Creva Creatives provides creative and digital services including, but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Social media design and content support
- Branding and visual identity
- Logo design
- Technical setup and coordination
- The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined through written communication, proposals, or confirmed messages.
Working Process
- Projects may involve collaboration with designers, developers, or other creative resources as required.
- Creva Creatives manages all coordination, communication, and delivery through a single point of contact.
Client Access & Data Handling
- To deliver services, temporary access to systems such as websites, social platforms, or third-party tools may be required.
- Access is used strictly for project execution
- Client data is treated as confidential
- Data is not sold, shared, or misused
- Upon project completion or termination:
- All service access is removed
- Clients are advised to update passwords for security
Email & Account Access
- Creva Creatives does not access clients’ personal email inboxes.
- Any temporary access provided during setup is limited to functional configuration and revoked after completion.
Domains, Hosting & Digital Assets
Domains, hosting, or third-party services may be:
- Provided directly by the client, or
- Arranged by Creva Creatives for setup convenience
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Full ownership of domains, hosting, websites, social media assets, designs, and creative files transfers to the client upon final payment
- Ownership and access are provided during project handover
Payments & Handover
- Payment terms are agreed before project commencement
- Final deliverables and access transfer occur after payment confirmation
- Delays in payment may result in delayed handover
Documentation & Records
- Creva Creatives maintains internal records related to project delivery.
- Formal third-party receipts or corporate invoices may not always be available; however, agreed services, delivery, and ownership transfer are ensured.
Maintenance & Ongoing Support
- Ongoing maintenance, social media management, or support services are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
- Without an active maintenance agreement, no ongoing access or responsibility is assumed.
Limitation of Liability
Creva Creatives is not responsible for:
- Third-party service outages or platform issues
- Hosting, social platform, or software provider failures
- Security issues arising after project handover
- Liability is limited to the value of services provided.
Termination
- Either party may terminate a project with reasonable notice.
- Upon termination:
- Work completed up to that point remains payable
- A clean handover of completed deliverables will be provided
General
- These Terms are governed by principles of fairness, transparency, and professional conduct.
- Creva Creatives reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
